It all began 15 years ago, when 2 "CATS" (AKA Missy Lay-Zimmer and Andrew Hubbard) decided to leave the Broadway stage in NYC in search of a greater purpose in their lives and careers. After a much needed break and a cross country road trip, they realized they had a bigger calling... to give back by watering the seeds of the next generation of artists. 

After a "temporary" visit with family in Missy's hometown of Cincinnati, they felt a connection to the community and made the decision to stay. With the amazing arts community and passionate students in the area, all of the stars aligned and Planet Dance was born!
